Pepwing & De nimes is located in Haining city, the Northern of Zhejiang province. In Where only takes 1.5 hr driving to Shanghai, and 1hr to Hangzhou. The company holds the pant garment factory De Nimes Apparel Co.,Ltd , which settled only 20mins far from company office building.

Introduction

The pant garment factory established in 2004, which main focus on making denims, chinos, shorts, and other casual pants. The permanent workers is 220, the proportion of male and female worker is 6:4. The annual turnover is 11millions dollars. The customers mainly spread over the European countries, South Americans, and Australia (RAG). Brands  scotch and soda ;River island,Jack Jones, Selected, Vero Moda and only(bestseller) also be the major customers domestically. De Nimes Apparel  has 4 sub-contractors in closed area, they had over 8 years history of doing pants in this industry, and 2 denims sub-contractors in Guangzhou, for producing Jeans due to lower labor cost and well experienced washing skills.  In 2012, De Nimes Apparel Co., Ltd set subsidiaries in Henan province, for sewing sector, In order to meet the cost-saving prospective. De Nimes Apparel  will more focus on Henan factory for carrying on bulk production, and the Haining factory will narrow down to pattern making and styling development. From 11 years of development and exploration, De Nimes Apparel fostered strong sourcing power and built excellent development engine. More co-operations with fabric mills and factories, joint of developed new fabrics for the particular customers. For instance, Bafang de nimes fabric is one of De Nimes Apparel’s fabric supplier, they serviced for Zara, bestseller, AJ, sort of brands.

The ethics auditing was authorized and tested by particular customers, such as bestseller, BTX, JH, Levies, Woolworth, Wal-mart, and RAG(AI), and TüV SüD Certification and Testing (China) Co., Ltd. 

The factory is preparing for the BSCI certification this year, and had registered on Sedex by South American customer Paris last year.
